Terms of Service

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Welcome to Walk4Faith, a Living4Faith ministry (“Walk4Faith,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of the Walk4Faith app on iPhone, Android and the web (app.walk4faith.com) and the website walk4faith.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Who Can Use Walk4Faith
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, please use Walk4Faith with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Keep one account per person, and give us accurate information when you sign up.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private, and tell us right away at hello@walk4faith.com if you think someone else is using it.
If you sign in with Facebook or Apple, their own terms also apply to that sign-in.
2. Using the App
Walk4Faith encourages a daily walk with God through steps such as reading the Bible, prayer, devotionals, journaling and attending church. Walk4Faith is a tool for encouragement. It is not a substitute for your church, pastoral care, or professional medical, mental health or legal advice. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

The Service is free. We may add, change or remove features, daily steps, point values, badges and rewards at any time.

3. Points, Badges and Rewards
Points are earned by completing steps in the app and are a way to celebrate faithfulness. Points have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold or transferred, and can’t be exchanged for money.
Rewards in the Shop are offered while supplies last and may have limits per member. We may change point prices or remove rewards at any time.
Some rewards are provided by partner vendors. The vendor is responsible for its own products, services and discounts, and its own terms may apply.
If an order can’t be filled, we will cancel it and return your points.
Points and badges must be earned honestly. We may remove points, badges, leaderboard standing or rewards that were earned through cheating, automation, multiple accounts, false check-ins or other misuse, and we may correct mistakes.
Leaderboard results and year-end badges are decided by Walk4Faith, and our decisions are final.
If your account is deleted or closed, any unused points are lost.
4. Prayer Wall and Community Rules
The Prayer Wall is a place to share needs and pray for one another. When you post, please:

Be kind, respectful and encouraging.
Protect privacy. Don’t share another person’s private details (such as full names, health details, addresses or phone numbers) without their permission.
Don’t post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, illegal or misleading.
Don’t advertise, ask for money, or post spam or links to unrelated sites.
Don’t pretend to be someone else.
You can report a post or block a member at any time. We may review, hide, remove or decline to post any content, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

5. Your Content
You own what you post, such as prayer requests and journal entries. By posting a prayer request, you give Walk4Faith permission to store and display it to other members within the Service, for as long as it remains posted. Journal entries are private to you. If you ask us to add your church, you allow us to show the church details you provide (such as its name, address and service times) to all members, and the listing may stay after your account is deleted. You can delete your prayer requests or your whole account at any time (see Delete Your Account).

6. Things You May Not Do
Use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.
Try to get around time requirements, location or QR-code checks, or otherwise fake completed steps or church check-ins.
Access other people’s accounts or data, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
Copy, sell or reuse the Service, our logo or our content without permission.
7. Our Content and Others’ Content
The Walk4Faith name, logo, badge artwork and app design belong to Walk4Faith and Living4Faith. Scripture text, devotional videos and Bible studies may come from other sources and remain the property of their owners. Videos play from YouTube and are subject to YouTube’s terms.

8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We never sell your information.

9. Ending Your Account
You may stop using Walk4Faith and delete your account at any time from Profile › Delete My Account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Service, or if we stop offering the Service.

10. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Walk4Faith running well, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don’t promise that the Service will always be available, error-free or secure, or that points, streaks or data will never be lost.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Walk4Faith, Living4Faith, and their leaders, volunteers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, points or rewards, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not be more than $50.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we’ll update the effective date above and let members know in the app. Continuing to use Walk4Faith after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
